Solid people, reasonable expectations for basic jobs. Good possibilities for the future, but only if you're amongst the favourites. Can be good experience.

Cons

Poor wages, favoritism by management and supervisors, expect people making $12.00/hr or less to pay for work-related items such as Dr's notes, specialized equipment, and unpaid training.
