Worked with some good people, but it's a shame the team fell apart due to poor decision making from top management.

Cons

Lack of care and company ethics from certain managers. Cover yourself or be prepared to be stabbed in the back!

Pros

Paid training, uniforms provided, above average pay for security work in my area. Company pays for hotels when training out of local area.

Cons

Does not appear to be any room for advancement. Bad working conditions, 100% outdoors. Not much in the way of opportunities to move into different jobs within the company.

Pros

ermm flexible and know how to talk nice when you have a complaint but dont do much, sorry thats a con.

Cons

Pay is low and cut back hours if you are working a shift you could be sent home early with only the hours you have worked when you are expected to turn up at least 30 mins to 1hr for the shift which is unpaid as well. Upper management will not have any contact with you and some of lower management are nice but they cant help you with being on the wrong pay code or pay for travelling. especially at short notice.
