i can say the G4S is international company that exist in mostly all countries world wide with huge network and involved in many industries mainly security , financial consultant , their own IT technologies like access control , G4S RM is just a part of G4S which also has many sub companies like AMAG , G4S secure solutions

Cons

such a huge environment with more than 50000 employee and many companies and sites in many countries some times some of these sites not connected properly to main quarter which has not the same policy and terms and even not same salary ranges
