OK for some money whilst in college/uni not a Real job

Pros

OK for some money whilst in college/uni, good freindships with the regular staff that turn up, get paid to go to music festivals

Cons

not a Real job cant live on it, don't give timely breaks, leave you out in cold and wet alone without radio or cover. don't get paid half time got to CHASE wages and time owed every pay day

Pros

Good training and some of the uniform is good, most of the employees are great fun. Plenty of sites to get overtime if your not stuck on a minimum wage site 40 hours a week,

Cons

Senior management are useless. You couldn't feel more isolated from them if your site was at the north pole. They will constantly ask you to go above and beyond for no reward or thanks, and can't even provide you with working radios or torches. The waterproof coats would be more useful if they were fishnet.
