I work 'normal' hours and have weekendsoff due to my role.

Cons

- Lack of actual leaders who can deal with problems. - Lack of awareness of mental health. - Micro managing at its finest. - Managers who love to criticise but barely ever offer and praise or words of encouragement. - Lack of chance to progress. - Office favouritism with certain people always favoured, which also leads to a toxic, gossip - Repetitive work. - Serious lack of empathy or desire by management to ensure all staff are happy in their role. Productivity first, above human factors.
