      Pros

      For the most part, we were left alone by the bigwigs at the corporate office. Depending on the shift worked, the team was very cohesive.

      Cons

      Lack of support from upper management when the client decided that they wanted to play games with the officers.

      Good pay depending on the contract you're under and your location Management is not bad as far as ive seen Good co-workers There seem to actually be opportunities to move up Pretty easy job and hiring process Benefits are not the best, but they are available. If you work full time you WILL get your 40 hrs one way or another, and you can usually get overtime if you want

      Contract work, so pay is not really merit based, but simply on where you are stationed at Can get boring, once again depending on location
