      Many dealership locations across three states with opportunity for growth inter- and intra-dealership (can transfer between locations), growing company entering new markets with new dealership builds that has accelerated since 2016, decent compensation across most jobs, overall employees are respectful and work as a team

      Cons

      Holidays (only 6 per year), PTO structure not very competitive, technology is outdated and IT is disorganized/lacking, top leadership not in tune with modern times/ways of doing business, little flexibility except if you are in top management positions, lack of consistency/cooperation among dealerships (each GM can manage "as they please" instead of working together as one company across all dealerships)
