      best way to understand consumer insights through response from stores

      Cons

      no growth, no official communications through HR or senior management for clarity, heavy pandemic 2020 pay cuts not compensated, no work-life balance, disrespect & no long-term opportunities for female employees. It is a patriarchal company with old culture & values, only yes men for work, no overtime compensations given, you are expected receive calls from boss even on official offs , APL & holidays. No job security
