      Good company which allows one to work across functions and grow through the ranks. diversified people and good learning scope for the newbies.

      Cons

      Pioneer in Modern retail in India, the group has got into trouble during the COVID Pandemic followed by the war between the two giants Reliance and Amazon over its control. The biggest casualty in this battle are the employees.
