      Pros

      'Retail' is maturing in the industry with the onset of Amazon and Walmart. Scope for learning basics of Retail is an advantage.

      Cons

      Culture issues. Non professional seniors and bosses.Favoritism and lobbying affects the performance, promotion and growth in all respects ,including financial benefits.

      Pros

      Freedom to execute one's ideas and thoughts with calculated risks and with prior approval of reporting Manager. Salary and Bonus

      Cons

      Employee evaluation and assessment techniques used is not very professional and updated. Change of roles after 3 years doesn't happen. Internal role transfer is not easily approved even if one has the skills to excel in that new role.
