      Since the biggest retailer of India, industry knowledge & experience is valuable.Also lateral movement is available due to various verticals within company.

      Cons

      Has a very archaic Indian way of working, very resistant to change which percolates from the top management itself

      Their is no time for Personal life, No Holidays in fact the worst part is you have to work on Festivels also...
