      I can say it was challenging but not got my share while I hit the target.

      Pros

      Main reason is the brand name, timely salary given & the challenge of running two units separately.

      Cons

      Not given my incentive after reaching the target due to a difference with a senior in Corporate Office--It was the main reason of me to leave the Company.

      Pros

      Since the biggest retailer of India, industry knowledge & experience is valuable.Also lateral movement is available due to various verticals within company.

      Cons

      Has a very archaic Indian way of working, very resistant to change which percolates from the top management itself
