      Pros

      I loved my tenure with the organisation hence was happy working for around 7 years.

      Cons

      Some senior people joining later brought in office politics and spoilt the culture, that is when I decided to quit. Need to be careful, some office politics are always there in most of the organizations, which is manageable but dirty ones cannot be tolerated.
