Indian Value are given a lot of importance and place. It looks to cater to everyone in the country. Employees are considered as a single family unit.

Cons

Working in Retail is all about giving up public holidays and festivals. Otherwise it isnt such a bad place to work.

Force to work over 9 hours shift.Force to sell merchandise although myself was from technical section.all power given to store manager.no review happens.my boss was a lunatic so he messed up my carrier
