      Pros

      Co-workers are very friendly and always ready to help. Lot of scope to learn, improve skills and network. Good salary for freshers.

      Cons

      Long working hours. Taking personal leave can be quiet difficult given the workload. Career growth slows down considerably when you become mid management.
