      Pros

      i was working in HT marathahalli for more then 3 years , I quite it before 3 years but till date i have not recived my PF , When over i go to HT there will be a new HR , Again they will give author for and tell to fill it i have done this almost 6 to 8 times .

      HT is called as bucket cycle ,

      Freedom of work, salary structure is good compare to others..

      Extremely unprofessional, No SOP in place, Jungle law, bunch of jokers who run the organization , anarchy if its the matter of planning , recruitment , R&R, performance appraisal . your future is based on how much u buttering your SGM and regional manager . appraisal is all about a political game , it is based on your turn not on your work performance ......biggest joke if u r a rapist ,killer,abuser u will be survived happily here till the time u give business...
