Employee welfare is one of the key factors for retention in Future group and HR team takes care of the same

Travel schedules and working during holidays at times makes the employees stressed and personal time is affected. This is a concern at times.

Cons

Unorganised, some staff is too lazy due to big group culture as there is always someone else who will do it.
