      Company policies are too good, support every employee including Team Member, every one works with dignity

      Cons

      Policies only made for to read, not to implement, heavy politics In HR also, favoritism, back stacking irritates, No value for senior employees, they were treated like a dump, favorite of boss will be blessed with bunch of favors. Company thinks that leaving senior employees, its a good sign
