      1.You will get good work experience 2.You will get how to handle requirements and provide training to co workers 3.You will get good experience in work and if you work here then you can work anywhere /any company in the world. 4.For PHP,Designers it is good company to learn more knowledge compare to other companies. 5.You will know how to handle customers .

      1.Work pressure is high 2.Freshers can't handle the pressure 3.Late night workings upto 8/9pm daily 4.You can't go on time ,it is not possible.
