I wanna quote only one pro here coz as an employee this is what i always look for when choosing a job/company. FG gives its employees empowerment and ownership of taking their own decision in most of the matters and this is by far the best trait i would in a company i work for.

Cons

Lack of processes (so the 4 rating). Coz it is also absolutely necessary. Process and empowerment would be a deadly combo to succeed with speed.

Company is the best in the industry, we have new age policies, best learning and development platform, use of new designs n technology is at its best, transparency in communication, open door policy

Company is too flexible and employee friendly to have any cons, every individual in the organisation has freedom to express their views and ideas hence cannot narrow down on any cons

Very friendly work atmosphere. A lot of opportunities to work in various companies of the group. I have been fortunate enough to work in different line of businesses of the group in last 5 years and have tried my best to contribute success to myself and the company.
