      Extremely poor work life balance. Consider this organisation only if it's convenient to you due to some circumstance.

      Pros

      Good for local people.. Good for people who excel in the art of smartly working inefficiently.. If ur good at ur work you'll be worked to death, holding ur growth ransom.

      Cons

      Rampant poor management by managers. Understaffing.. and overworking.. the HR department exists only for compliance purpose, no relation with employee welfare. HRs are silent spectators to mistreatment of employees at best if not party to it.
