      Pros

      Well settled and process oriented company. Gets more experience towards client intractions and operations. Good work culture and we'll coordinations between staffs.

      Cons

      Working on Sunday and public holidays. Odd working timings, no salary hikes. Sometime the Lenghty process may take more time when we need quick reverts for client.

      There is no plan for the next or for the year. That’s why employees are not able to focus on sale plan & Targets.

      Pros

      Supporting staff is very effective. Management is well experienced. Retention is very high. Associate have good path to learn n grow along with company.

      Cons

      Due lack of proper planning organisation getting lose of sale, employees, shrink,dump & paper wastage. Paper wastage is high & 12 hours are not sufficient to complete work if we get regular changes on price offers.
