I worked with Central! One of the worst companies to work with. The company believes in micro management!! The HR team is spineless and has no say in any matter! There are no employee engagement activities and zero concern for employee welfare & job satisfaction! The senior management are a self boasting lot and to cover up for their insecurities, they show their authoritative power on the mid Management from time to time. And if you are in the stores, then you are treated as a robot who doesn't have a family or personal life. Only senior management people sitting in HO have personal life & family!! ZERO process in the company! nobody works for the love of the company. Everybody in Central works with fear! They will lure with attractive salary packages. It's all a sham! Don't be influenced. Don't join because they are paying you really well. The price that you have to pay for joining CENTRAL will be bigger than your package! A PATHETIC, CLASSLESS, CAREER RUINING,COMPANY CENTRAL IS!!
