      Good Salary, no late sittings, very stable

      too stable, most people work here for decades, promotion is slow and more to do with your loyalty and connections

      Learning is immense.. have learnt all from this group only.

      Cons

      1. Horrible Work Culture 2. No respect for employees; they are treated as slaves 3. Weekends also you have to work.. as you don't have much hands and legs available with you and the management wants everything at the wink of an eye 4. Worked for them for 6 years; gave my heart and soul, they didn't give my hard earned variable bonus in Oct'17 for the year 2016-17.

      No Cons,it was a great roller coaster 2yrs ride while working in a good workspace with Future Group.
