Need to be more professional in approach as per International standards .Bosses need to be more open in their communication rather than being close ended and working on perceptions.If you want the company to rise up to international standards one needs to really work hard on ground levels front ends staff & contractual staff rather than just spending money on advertisement and brand building because they are the face of the company.Treat them well and you will definitely see a great difference.
