Pros
The chain of productions is very well organised. Amazing investments in development, optimisations and a very good customer care and logistics. The productivity chain works perfect. Any position under under Production - even from factory or researching - would be a good job.
Cons
Due to idea to keep some "principles" is very hard to get a promotion by 5 years. Also, some areas are totally no process at all - IT was a mess. HR cause a good impress during interview, but in fact, some areas have their your own "culture", which is no the Company Culture. And, is far to be an Horizontal management, not because the VPs, but the managers and coordinators.
