      you can roll over vacation.

      Cons

      Salary. No over time. No comp time. Business trips are paid out of pocket then reimbursed to employee. Reimbursements are not quick.

      Very traditional and strong company, with more than 40 years in Brazil. Worried about health of their employees. Good environment to work.
