      busy busy busy -because it's a small company you will always have something to do and easily can get overtime.

      Top to bottom everyone is committed to helping each other

      Cons

      Unable to keep up with demand and communication sometimes falls through. Honestly it's still the best communication I've ever seen in a work place.

      Pros

      Hands-on atmosphere that encourages employees to expand their knowledge of all areas of the business. Relevant work experience isn't really necessary for most tasks as they are willing to train and reward hard/quality work.

      Cons

      The brewery can be stifling in the summer given its location but the shift beers help cool you off on any given day.
