      Pros

      Strong sense of locale. Dedicated in partnering with other small local businesses and farms. Worked with a really great team who is passionate about the craft.

      Cons

      Had worked for the company for 3 years and by the end of it was only getting paid $1.75 more/hr than from when I had started as a delivery driver. The additional responsibility was not worth the additional compensation. Mandatory company-wide quarterly meeting put production at a halt 4 days it of the year.
