Pros

As ETA, Fulbright manages some helpful support with university relationships and offers ETAs with nice opportunities such as work shops and seminars.

Cons

ETA is placed at a partner university where there can be many issues since Fulbright develops relationships with each university. We also receive minimal training for teaching, which would be very helpful

Pros

In terms of completing your research, there is a lot of autonomy offered to you in the Albania program. The embassy staff were helpful when I asked for support.

Cons

No real cons, but if you struggle with keeping yourself on track to finish your own project, this will be a difficult program for you.

Pros

As a fellow, you have flexibility day to day and have complete control over your project that you submit.

Cons

Once you submit a project, it can be hard to change it. Also be aware, Fulbright does not hand hold you.
