Pros

The networks you create are truly phenomenal. You get to meet future politicians, CEOs, doctors and more. The work is tough, but the end result can be so rewarding. The initial training is so helpful and really preps you for your grant.

Cons

It is competitive. However, this makes it so you are constantly pushing yourself to grow. Pros definitely outweigh the cons by a long shot.

Pros

- A great experience to live abroad - Total independence, which will let you make your grant what you want it to be - Generous compensation for local cost of living

Cons

- IIE can sometimes be difficult to contact - Health insurance coverage is not as comprehensive as advertised. I had a blood test completed and it wasn't covered
