-the opportunities for cultural immersion, it is a beautiful culture and country if you choose to become involved -work life balance is great -assistance and resources to network and continue to build your career through workshops -beautiful country and the pay in usd affords your a very comfortable life

Cons

-experience completely changes depending on where you are placed -the culture can be racist and sexist, but that comes from the country not from management -can only travel 20 days out of country the whole year -unclear training for the role and ambiguous expectations

good network of people, is a valuable and challenging experience, a good way to learn a new language and immerse oneself in a different culture

Cons

It really depends on your school - Fulbright could/should offer better support and more organization. Not enough training.
