There were some fun opportunities to attend events and be connected with a community of internationally minded people.

Cons

There was a complete lack of organization. Job roles were unclear and communication was not good. The two leaders of the organization were always at odds with each other, sometimes openly fighting in the office. Staff time was not respected. There was no room for growth.
