Decent money good people who work there jobs isn’t too bad.

Cons

Management are egotistic, think they are better than your average everyday bloke when in actual fact they are not they also work in an ice cream factory

There is a great team spirit across departments The company is growing at a huge rate which brings interesting projects It truly has that - no two days are the same Annual bonus scheme Average Holidays Management and directors are friendly and approachable

Cons

No official flexible working hours or work from home for office staff Canteen food is a bit hit or miss Free coffee / tea would be good
