Frichti reviews

Frichti has given me full ownership of my job. I dont need to follow certains rules which doesn't apply to my situation. As a startup its gave me freedom to try new ways of working. I manage my own working hours. So one day i might come super early but next day i can come late. Also it gives me the freedom to do home office if needed. Also we have free lunch from Frichti, which is delicious! Even after working for 3 years in Frichti, i still eat my lunch here. Everyday there's something new to try. We also have dinner from Frichti if we stay until late at work. The HQ team and the founders are really young and competitive, which gives the team a challenge and motivation to do better each day. We have a very cool office in the heart of Paris. Above all the team is diverse and very welcoming towards everyone. In conclusion, i am really happy to be a part of this team and i look forword to come to work every morning. I always wanted to be a part of an organisation where i can make a change to people's life, and i believe in Frichti i can!
