      Pros

      Good experience as you are doing many tasks within the department and out the department. Also there is job security and it's stable financially.

      Cons

      Low basic salary No mentor and no training, you have to dig the ground by your self. Bad management in middle east and saudi arabia majority from India. Many promises but without reach, only dreaming.
