The management way of working is very old (and german like), no focus on customer, profit in an aggressive way is the target of this company.

Pros

Exciting industry and good coworkers.

Cons

No strategic planning from upper management. All that matters to upper management is the number of units shipped each week. Quality is an afterthought, resulting in continued issues with the product. People leaving in droves and not backfilled, putting more work on those that have stayed. Expected to manage an unreasonable amount of projects. Upper management gets promotions but when lower level people leave those responsibilities are put on employees with no compensation. No senior engineers remain resulting in zero mentorship for younger employees. Absolutely no training, professional or career development offered. CEO touts record setting profits but raises are minimal and below inflation. Increased benefit costs passed on to employees while the company takes very little of the cost burden. Payroll and benefits issues common. No paid maternity leave. Management does not care about employee mental health. Absolutely no diversity in the leadership team and very little diversity within the salary workforce.
