      Pros

      Nice crew and nice people working there. The benefits are really good. Company oriented to preserve environment and serve community as well.

      Cons

      Very serious communication problems. Upper management doesn't have a plan. There is no chance to be proactive. Isolated area that doesn't have a bathroom facility.

      Pros

      The pay is the only good thing about this company. If they continue in their current trend, that will change in the next few years as the pay for jobs in the area is rising far faster than at Freudenberg.

      Cons

      As a production member, you have no value to the management. You are a number, plain and simple. No contribution from any other than the plant manager will be considered. Any mistake you make will be amplified, while anything beneficial will be credited to management.
