Pros

Good pay and private company which is more recession proof than a public company. Bonuses are supposed to be higher according confusing pay scale.

Cons

Culture of figure pointing and being dictated too by European Counterparts makes productivity difficult. New employees are sort of on their own to for self-training on the job.

Pros

It's a pay check, nothing more. You don't have to work hard. People only do what they want to do.

Cons

Advancement is based on who you know not achievements. They only want YES people. Data is frowned upon. Workers run the plant. Rules aren't enforced. Benefit costs are high.

Pros

Good quality of people to work with. There's lots of training opportunities. Products and applications are diverse and interesting.

Cons

The benefits are not great, and the salaries tend to be lower than other companies. The organization is spread out, so any upward movement usually would involve relocation.
