      Good Work Life Balance, colleagues are thoughtful and collaborative

      Sometimes there was episodes of colleagues completing the same task independently of each other in a project that impeded project timelines rather than help it.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. FPM works to invest in its employees and see their potential within the company continue to expand. Global involvement allows for tremendous exposure and potential opportunities at sites all across the world that wouldn't necessarily be available in other industries. Their commitment to employee safety during operations is also highly commendable, as it gives the employee the power to stop any and all work if it is deemed unsafe for any reason.

      Cons

      Lots of red tape involved in purchases and some processes, as is common with many large companies.
