Pros

Lots of opportunity to gain experience in many different areas of dispute resolution. Grounds up experience with no limit on the level of complexity, depending on willingness and competence.

Cons

Sadly very little upwards mobility. Ideally, earn some invaluable experience and move to somewhere where this will be better valued.

My colleagues all have a wealth of experience and knowlegde across all functions, the people really do make it a great place to work. Remuneration is good with excellent benefits.

Cons

Business services is heavily under resourced and very little has changed following a restructure that was meant to improve ways of working.
