Small office

Pros

Good benefits ($1000 annual wellness stipend, taxable benefit) + decent health insurance. Hours are not too bad most of the time, and bonus isn't tied to hitting hours, which is great.

Cons

Small office means a bit of a weird/insular vibe--if partners don't like you, you're out of luck. Not many opportunities for litigation unless you're in antitrust. Not very diverse.
