Partners are deluded and senior management are ruthless (for their own benefit, but not for the business)

Pros

Easy place to work because of the deluded processes put in place. Work / life balance is second to none because of this.

Cons

Partners are not interested back end services. They just employ people to get on with it. However the Management instated is there for themselves and to bleed as much money as possible from the firm, while pulling the wool over partners eyes.
