Pros

Lots of training possibilities, different soft skill courses. MBD staff generally nice, collaborative and encouraging.

Cons

Horrible culture of bullying, - rule with fear. The pressure put on fee earners so immense that they just pass that rage on to business support. Spoken to like absolute garbage. People routinely crying in lifts and toilets. Local therapists know the firm stories well.

Pros

Progression opportunities were good, moved upwards to 3 different roles over 4 years. Plural sight licences available People feel looked after and I had some of the best supportive managers Good agile work environment and colleagues very supportive Great extensive benefits Commutable from out of town, next door to Salford Central

Cons

For people on the Service desk, progression is slow and the desk is always recruiting. Expensive parking if you wish to travel by car.
