Pros

It’s is a great place to start learning about what law is like in practice. The firm invests a lot of resources in learning and development that is relevant for the job. After working in the Hub, I was well equipped to do any other paralegal job and ultimately the training contract wasn’t stressful in terms of learning about processes, etc.

Cons

Very difficult to progress to a training contract as it’s very competitive.

Pros

The salary is acceptable. Nice office

Cons

- Limited growth opportunities in the HR team. - Under-staffed and high workload - Toxic feedback culture. - Odd ratio of HRBP's to HRA. This can be difficult as your stakeholders can have different ways of working and expectations
