Global Centre Manchester

Pros

Freshfields have been recruiting into their Global Centre for 18 months - they're transitioning roles from London to Manchester and the amount of thought and energy being pout into this move is amazing. Everyone in the new centre is so friendly and there's a real "we're all in this together" spirit. The firm is a very considerate employer and even though our current offices are a temporary home, they have been created with it's employees in mind - great facilities. The communications to employees feels very inclusive and our opinions are sought and considered. I feel part of a large team and not just like an individual doing a job.

Cons

At the moment there aren't any - I accepted the job with my eyes wide open and I knew it would be an interesting journey because Freshfields are building something new - but that was part of the appeal.
