Good pay, laid back environment, people at the support center are nice and easy to get along with.

Cons

Bad communication between teams at times (especially office to office) and what seems to be weird overstaffing in some departmen5s and understaffing in others (especially when it comes to direct support for solicitors, so EA roles and finance teams leading to extra hours/excessive overtime)
