Pros

Good benefit package, wfh full time and great team.

Cons

Management is inadequate. There is clearly some affinity bias and a bullying culture. The team is not valued and progressing is very difficult (it is obvious who will get promoted). Concerns are not fed back to higher management and whistle-blowing is reprimanded. The firm is also so obsessed with cost cutting on business support that they outsourced some work to Bratislava at a third of the cost. It is very demoralising for the team who believes there will be redundancies as a result.

Progression opportunities were good, moved upwards to 3 different roles over 4 years. Plural sight licences available People feel looked after and I had some of the best supportive managers Good agile work environment and colleagues very supportive Great extensive benefits Commutable from out of town, next door to Salford Central

Cons

For people on the Service desk, progression is slow and the desk is always recruiting. Expensive parking if you wish to travel by car.

Get to work with great people on a variety of topics and it is what you make of it.

Cons

Talks about career development and equal opportunities for all but this does not exist within Business Services and they will work you to the bone for very little pay or thanks.
