Pros

Good company with good benefits and resources. Good training opportunities and interesting work with diverse people. Push the boat out for functions and christmas parties

Cons

But slow moving and behind in terms of tech. Opening of the global business centre means there is lots of change on the horizon that may take time to stabalise.

Pros

The money can be good and you can work from home. Large budgets for PR activities to try and raise their external profile mean you can socialise outside of the clique once in a while.

Cons

Terrible IT management who don't have a clue how to develop staff and push out new talent to make themselves look good. Training is not very structured and internal processes poor.

Pros

Looks good on cv, pays well

Cons

Unfriendly bunch, not wiling to give responsibility to juniors, but expect full engagement in terms of hours and enthusiasm...
