Pros

Great team team and manager was great too

Cons

Really bad attitudes from the Freshfields Associates. I understand your power hungry to get to Partner level but treat other people at the firm who work under you with respect when you climb up the ladder. I have since moved onto another firm where people at my job level are treated with the respect we deserve.

Pros

Company benefits Work life balance Management Manchester office location

Cons

Not clear on pay grades and bandings (if any) Pay isn't competitive with other firms for the same role. Internal movement isn't worth the pay increase compared to being externally recruited, therefore turn over is quite dramatic especially within IT.

Pros

Great working environment, interesting and challenging work, high levels of cover and trust from direct line management.

Cons

Senior levels can be very political with conflicting agendas Non-lawyers still considered to be 'tier 2' employees by many lawyers.
